GeneNetwork provides a group of linked data sets and tools that can be used to study complex networks of genes, molecules, and higher order gene function and phenotypes. This resource can be used to study humans, mice (BXD, AXB, LXS, etc.), rats (HXB), Drosophila, and plant species (barley and Arabidopsis).
The Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) project provides open access to human tissue-specific gene expression, QTLs, and histology images. Samples were collected from nearly 1000 individuals.
